Challenger
Challenger Lifts is a manufacturer of automotive lifts. Note the name before you read on: this archive is lifting equipment, not Dodge Challenger parts. If you are looking for a HEMI engine or a drivetrain unit for a Dodge Challenger, that is in the Dodge archive. Everything listed here is new lifting equipment aimed at professional service bays.
What is stocked
Two-post lifts are the largest group, followed by rolling bridge jacks and four-post lifts. Mobile column lifts include the wireless CLHM-140 and CLHM-190 sets, rated 14,000 lb and 19,000 lb per column and sold in sets of two and sets of four. Inground lifts are listed here as well, and Challenger accounts for all of the inground lifts currently on the site. Scissor lifts include the DX77 at 7,700 lb, the SX14 heavy-duty scissor alignment lift at 14,000 lb and the MR6 6,000 lb portable mid-rise. Alignment lifts and alignment combo kits complete the range.
Choosing and installing
Most of this equipment is a permanent installation, so confirm capacity, ceiling height, bay dimensions, slab specification and electrical supply before ordering. Inground lifts in particular require excavation and are a construction project to plan before delivery rather than after. Mobile column sets need a flat, sound floor but no anchoring, which is why they suit fleet and bus work. Equipment ships crated by freight and needs dock or liftgate delivery. Anchoring and electrical hookup are buyer-arranged and should be carried out by qualified trades in line with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Certification and warranty
Many Challenger lift models sold here are ALI Certified and say so in the product title. That certification is held by the manufacturer and attaches to the specific lift model. Variety Engines sells those certified models and is not itself ALI certified, accredited or a member. A 6-month limited warranty applies as standard, in addition to any manufacturer coverage supplied with the unit. The extended warranty offered on qualifying remanufactured drivetrain units does not apply to new equipment.
