What fits what

The Chrysler group covers a 2014-17 Jeep Wrangler engine, a 2014-18 Jeep and Chrysler engine, a 2014-2019 Chrysler, Ram and Jeep ERB engine, and a 2016-2023 Jeep Wrangler, Gladiator and Dodge van engine listed with codes ERC and ERF and Vin G, titled Pentastar. The GM group covers a Chevy LLT for 2012-2017, a Chevrolet and Saturn LY7 for 2010-2012, a Chevy LY7 for 2007-2008, a 2013-2014 Cadillac ATS and CTS LFX, a 2007 Cadillac CTS, STS and SRX, and a 2007 Buick Allure and Lacrosse with Pontiac G6. The Suzuki N36A covers 2007-2009.

How to identify yours

The two LY7 listings and the LLT listing are close enough that the block casting is the thing to check. The 2010-2012 Chevrolet and Saturn LY7 is vendor SKU DCVG with block casting 12629401. The 2012-2017 LLT is vendor SKU DCVW2 with block casting 12629402 or 12640498, noted with a torque converter casting number 12638434 and a 51mm cam thrust ring. The 2007-2008 Chevy LY7 is vendor SKU DCVQ and carries no block casting in the data, so confirm that one by phone.

On the Jeep side, the 2014-17 Wrangler engine is vendor SKU DDHD2 with crank casting 05184249AF and a timing cover casting of 68079232AB, noted with a left head sensor hole of M12 x 1.5. Head gaskets are listed as included on that unit. The 2016-2023 Pentastar engine is vendor SKU L3619CR, noted as DOHC 24 valve MPI with triple intake cam lobes, three lobes per one valve. The Suzuki N36A is vendor SKU 411 with block casting N36A or 12600129 and head casting 4V56J or 12591206.

These are exchange units, so a refundable core charge may apply. We do not publish a core amount, so call for it. Remanufactured units carry a 6-month limited warranty. A 7-year / 1,000,000-mile extended warranty and a core fee waiver are available on request for qualifying remanufactured units, must be arranged at the time of purchase, and are not automatic.
