Note that this category also lists one engine that is not a 5.7: a Remanufactured 2013-2022 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 6.4 Engine, with its displacement recorded as 6.4 L.

What fits what

The Toyota listings all carry the same price as each other and split by year: 1/07-3/09, 2010-2012 Tundra, Sequoia, Landcruiser and LX570, 2012-2017 Tundra and Sequoia, and 2013-2017 Land Cruiser and LX570. The Chrysler group covers 2009-2012 RAM HEMI EZC, 2010-2012 RAM HEMI EZD/HD, 2009-2012 Dodge Challenger Vin T HEMI EZC, 2010-2012 Dodge Jeep HEMI EZD/HD Vin T and 2, 2013-2014 RAM EZC, 2013-2014 Dodge Challenger EZC, 2013-2017 Ram 1500 EZH, 2013-2017 Dodge and Chrysler Cars 5.7 Hemi EZH, and two further 2013-2021 Dodge Ram listings.

How to identify yours

On the Chrysler units the engine code and the MDS and VVT notes are what separate the listings. EZC units are noted as No M.D.S. with V.V.T.; EZH units are noted as With M.D.S. and V.V.T. Block castings are 53021319DK and 53021318DL on most, and 53021619DK and 53021618DL on the DDM52 listings. Head casting 53021616DD/DE and crank castings 53021300BB, 300BC and 300BC WITH DENT appear on individual units, with the casting location given at the front left of the block. Vendor SKUs are DDM2, DDM3, DDM4, DDM5, DDM22, DDM32, DDM42 and DDM52.

Toyota units are separated by build detail rather than casting number. The 1/07-3/09 unit carries the note that use of TRD equipment voids warranty. Two units include head covers with extra bosses, and the 2013-2017 unit is the one with an oil level sensor hole in the pan. Block castings read 3UR-FE and 3UR-FBE, and vendor SKUs are 865, 865A, 865B and 865C.

Core charge and warranty

Remanufactured engines carry a 6-month limited warranty as standard. A 7-year / 1,000,000-mile extended warranty and a core fee waiver are available on request for qualifying remanufactured units, must be arranged at the time of purchase, and are not automatic.
