Tags on these units include E8TA-AA, E8TA-EA, E9TA-MA, E9TA-MB, E9TA-NB, E9TA-PB, E9TA-RB, E9TA-SA, F0TA-UA, F0TA-VA, F0TA-XA, F0TA-YA, F1TA-CA, F1TA-EA, F1TA-EB, F1TA-FA, F1TA-FB, F2TA-CA, F2TA-FA, F5TA-FA, F5TA-GA, F5TA-KA, F5TA-LA and F6TA-AAA. Hollander numbers are 412-202A, 412-205B, 412-206B, 412-262, 412-347 and 412-371, and some carry the alternate numbers UMT413 and UMT417. Beyond the tag, check whether the case is manual or electric shift and whether a new shift motor is included, since several listings state the motor is not supplied. Then match the rear output – slip yoke style, bolt-on flat flange, or bolt-on U-joint style – the speedometer gear on the mainshaft (yellow 7-tooth or brown 8-tooth, or no speedo gear hole in the tail housing at all), and whether there is a PTO opening.

Exchange units – a refundable core charge may apply and your old case returns as the core. A 6-month limited warranty is standard on every unit.
