How to choose

Capacity is the first thing to settle, and the listings state it in different units, so read the title carefully:

Two things in that list are worth flagging plainly. The Ranger RTJ-1 appears twice, once titled as a 1 Ton Capacity Telescoping jack and once with no description beyond the model number. Call before ordering so we can confirm which listing you are buying. And the Ranger RTJ-3000 and the Mahle CTJ-2200 do not state a rated capacity in their titles, so do not read a capacity into the model number. Ask and we will confirm it against the manufacturer’s data.

The AFF 3102A is the only unit here listed as air assist. The AFF 3180A at 4400 lb is the highest stated capacity in the group, and the Mahle ATJ 1000H at 1000 lbs is the lowest. Price does not track capacity in this category, so compare on the rating and the duty description rather than on cost.

Installation, freight and what is included

Each jack ships as the model named in its title. No adapters, saddles or accessories are listed as included beyond what the title states, so ask if you need a specific saddle.

These are new units and carry the manufacturer’s warranty. The extended warranty that applies to qualifying remanufactured drivetrain units does not apply to shop equipment. We ship by freight.
