Suspensions

The Suspensions category holds the Air Lift Performance air suspension range currently in stock: front strut kits for the Subaru Impreza and WRX (02-07) and STI, for the Scion FR-S, Toyota 86 and GR86 and Subaru BRZ (13 onward), and for the Nissan 240SX and 200SX, together with an Air Lift Performance 3P management kit comprising 3/8-inch air line, a 5-gallon raw aluminum tank and a VIAIR 444C compressor.

How to choose

Air suspension is bought in two halves and both are needed. The struts and bags are the vehicle-specific half, so check the kit against your exact chassis and year range, since a WRX kit will not fit a BRZ. The management half is the universal part: the compressor, tank, air lines, valves and controller that raise and lower the car. The 3P kit listed here provides pressure-based control with the compressor and tank included, and height-based management is a different specification. Note that the vehicle-specific kits listed here are front kits, so a full car also needs the matching rear kit. Confirm what you are ordering. Consider tank and compressor sizing against how often you will cycle the system, and plan where the tank, compressor and lines will physically live in the car, because that is usually the harder part of the installation.

Installation and shipping

Air suspension installation is a workshop job: strut removal, air line routing without chafe points, secure tank and compressor mounting, wiring, and a full leak check before the car is driven. Alignment afterwards is not optional. Kits ship boxed by courier. A 6-month limited warranty applies as standard, and the extended warranty offered on qualifying remanufactured drivetrain units does not apply to suspension kits. This category is small at present, so if the kit for your car is not listed, call 440-374-1039 and we will check availability before you order. We would rather confirm the fitment than have a part shipped back.
