What fits what

The Ford Lincoln Mercury 3.0L V6 is listed for 2006-2009 and noted as a Duratec engine with VVT. Toyota and Lexus are covered by four 1MZFE listings with date ranges of 1/98-1/05, 11/00-8/03, 7/01-1/03 and 11/00-2006, plus a 2006 Lexus GS300 3GRFSE. On the GM side there is a Chevy LFW for 2012-2014, a 2000-2005 Saturn LW2, LW300, L300 and LS2 engine, and a 2011 Chevy Equinox, GMC Terrain, Cadillac CTS and SRX LF1. Honda is covered by a J30A4/5 for 2003-2007, a 2005-2007 Honda Accord JNA1 and a 1997-2002 Honda Accord and Acura CL J30A1. Nissan has one listing, a VG30E for the 1989-2009 Nissan Pickup D21 and Pathfinder, titled as 3L rather than 3.0L.

How to identify yours

The four 1MZFE listings are the reason to check castings rather than shop by year. All four carry block casting 1MZ with the casting location given as driver side bell housing, and they are separated only by date range and vendor SKU: 847A, 847B, 847C and 847E.

Elsewhere the castings do the work. The Ford Lincoln Mercury unit is vendor SKU DFWZ with block casting 6E5E-6015-AA, head casting 3M4E-6090-CE and crank casting VI60, cast at the bell housing top, DOHC with 24 valves. The Chevy LFW is vendor SKU DCWM with block casting 12610176 and head casting 12611611. The Honda J30A4/5 is vendor SKU 543A with block casting J30A4, J30A5 or RCA, head and crank casting RCA, cast at the left bell housing, SOHC with 24 valves. Ignore the Body Style attribute; it is mislabelled across the catalogue.

Core charge and warranty

These are exchange units, so a refundable core charge may apply. We do not publish a core amount, so call for it. Remanufactured units carry a 6-month limited warranty. A 7-year / 1,000,000-mile extended warranty and a core fee waiver are available on request for qualifying remanufactured units, must be arranged at the time of purchase, and are not automatic.
