Atlas SBC420 Standard Sandblast Cabinet with Vacuum
The Atlas® SBC420 sandblast cabinet features dual side doors and a large front door for easy loading and unloading. The lower hopper stores the abrasive material for reuse or easy removal. The SBC420 cabinet is always ready when you are. The cabinet can be constantly connected to your air supply and is ready for immediate use when you step on the pedal. Use your new sandblast cabinet to remove scale or heavy rust from automotive parts, clean up rusty tools, etch glass, or any other special application. The Atlas® SBC420 uses a powerful vacuum system to keep the work area free of "floating" rust and used media. After the glass bead contacts the surface to be cleaned, a portion of the bead is "destroyed" becomes almost weightless. The vacuum system removes the "floating" rust particles and the "used up" glass beads. The Atlas® SBC420 has a foot pedal that controls the flow of abrasives from the air gun. The foot pedal allows the operator to concentrate on the work to be done inside the cabinet rather than hold the trigger of a gun. The heavy duty blasting gun uses ceramic nozzles (easily replaceable) with a variety of hole sizes to provide the most effective blasting area.

The Atlas SBC990 sandblast cabinet has many of the same features of the entry level Atlas® SBC420 blasting cabinet with added interior space and an extra large front/top loading door. That extra work space and larger opening allow the user to blast even the biggest parts. The lower hopper stores the abrasive material for reuse or easy removal. The SBC990 cabinet is always ready when you are. The cabinet can be constantly connected to your air supply and is ready for immediate use when you step on the pedal. Atlas Extra Large Pressurized Sandblast Cabinet
The Atlas PSBC990 pressurized sandblast cabinet features a higher velocity stream that allows work to be done up to 4 times faster than other sandblast cabinets on the market. The direct pressure system which pneumatically pushes the blast media through the air hose, makes it is possible to clean hard to reach areas that are impossible with other sandblast cabinet models. The PSBC990's direct pressure system is best utilized on heavy steel or extra thick coatings that require additional friction on the surface to be removed. But the PSBC990 also comes equipped with a pressure valve to lower the blasting pressure for more sensitive parts.
Atlas SBC1200 X-Large Sandblast Cabinet with Dual Doors & Vacuum
The Atlas SBC1200 sandblast cabinet takes many of the already great features of the Atlas® SBC990 blasting cabinet and doubles them. The SBC1200 sandblast cabinet has two, front and rear, extra large top open loading doors and features an expanded extra large work area. Both doors have viewing windows, 24" gloves, and a blasting gun creating a floor space saving double workstation design. The Atlas SBC1200 uses a side-mounted powerful vacuum system to keep the work area free of "floating" rust and used media. After the glass bead contacts the surface to be cleaned, a portion of the bead is "destroyed" becomes almost weightless. The vacuum system removes the "floating" rust particles and the "used up" glass beads. The Atlas SBC1200 utilizes two independent foot pedal valves that control the flow of abrasives from the dual blasting guns. The foot pedal design allows the operator to concentrate on the work to be done inside the cabinet rather than hold the trigger of a gun. Atlas 6MR Portable Mid-Rise 6000 lb Capacity Scissor Lift
The Atlas® 6MR is a free standing 6,000 lb. capacity portable scissor lift. The 6MR is the perfect lift for body shops and wheel service specialists that need extra lifting height. This portable lift easily raises a 6,000 LB. car or truck to a comfortable working height. The unique platform design of the 6MR allows access to some areas on the underside of the car not easily accessible with other portable mid-rise lifts. The dual power cylinders and the solid safety lock bar, with several different lock positions, make the Atlas® 6MR one of the most popular mid-rise lifts sold in the USA and Canada. Our Atlas® 6MR has been thoroughly tested to meet Industry standards. The Atlas® 6MR mid-rise lift is powered by a 110 volt power unit that is mounted on a movable cart. The Atlas® 7K Kwik Bay is the perfect lift for Commercial Quick Service Bays and wheel service specialists that need extra lifting height. This portable lift easily raises a 7,000 lb. car or truck to a comfortable working height and does not require the customer to position arms under the lifting points of the car. The vehicle is driven over the scissor ramps and the operator simply positions the heavy duty rubber block assemblies under the correct lifting points. The operation is very quick and the chance for any damage to the underside of the car is minimal. The large “foot print” of the Kwik Bay creates a steady platform for any raised vehicle. The lift has a lifting height of over 39” and remains rock solid at all safety lock positions.
The unique open middle of the Atlas® 7K Kwik Bay allows access to many areas on the underside of the car that are not easily accessible with other portable mid-rise lifts employing a full superstructure. The approach ramps lock into a horizontal position to extend the runway platform length by an additional 10” on each end (effective lifting surface is expanded from 57” to 78”). The dual power cylinders and the solid safety lock bars make the Kwik Bay one of the most versatile and easy to use scissor mid-rise lifts sold in the USA and Canada.
As with any scissor lift that is completely open (no cross support bar in the front or rear to keep the platforms level), the operator must make sure that the vehicle's frame is positioned at least 6 inches from the inside of the platform. If too much weight is positioned near the edges of the platform (closer than 6 inches from the inside edges), the platforms may become “pigeon toed” and damage may occur. We sell the Atlas® scissor lift support bar kit for those “professional customers” who are lifting heavy vehicles with narrow frames. As with any lift designed with horizontal cylinders it is best to allow some space (2-6 inches) between the lifting surface of the lift and vehicle's lifting points.

Atlas FM9SL In Ground Full Rise 9000 lbs Capacity Scissor Lift
The Atlas® FM9SL 9,000 lb. flush mounted scissor lift is the perfect choice for those service facilities that need to maximize the number of vehicle lifts per service area square foot. If you like the “clean floor look” for your service department (no above ground lifts), then the Atlas® FM9SL flush mounted scissor lift offers the perfect alternative. Unlike “old school in-ground” lifts, the flush mounted lift requires minimal excavation and the electric/hydraulic power unit is easily accessed during periodic maintenance.
The flush mounted platforms offer no “above ground” obstruction and the platforms can be “driven over” from any direction so that a vehicle may be properly positioned in the tightest of spaces. Atlas 6PL Open Center Low Rise 6000 lb Capacity Scissor Lift
The Atlas® 6PL 6,000 lb. capacity low rise lift is ideal for quick service work situations involving tire and brake work.The open center design of the 6PL low rise lift also allows easier access to the underside of any vehicle being lifted. The 6PL comes with non-slip pads that provide a great contact surface and a set of four high density rubber blocks that help protect lifting points on most vehicles.
Simply drive the car over the Atlas® 6PL and position the rubber blocks (if needed) under the correct lifting points of the vehicle. Press the button the power unit and lift the vehicle to the desired height. Depress the "dump valve lever" on the power unit and lower the lift to the closest locking position.
Due to the horizontal cylinder configuration of the 6PL it is important to allow some space (2-6 inches) between the lifting surface of the lift and the vehicle's lifting points.

Atlas Support Bar Kit for use with Scissor Lifts
The Atlas® Support Bar Kit is designed for use with scissor lift platforms when lifting heavier vehicles (pickup trucks and SUVs) with narrow frames. Many larger vehicles have "narrow" frames. When you lift these vehicles with our Atlas® solid platform scissor lifts or our Atlas® wheels free system (found on our Atlas® 12AWFSL alignment scissor lift), the vehicles narrow frame exerts a downward force on the inside edges of the platform. Unibody style cars have a "wider frame area" that places the majority of vehicle weight over the CENTER of the platforms. The Support Bar Kit helps to disperse the weight of the narrow frame vehicles toward the center of the platform.
The Atlas® Support Bar Kit is able to be placed along the length of the lift platforms or runways and the adapters can be positioned along the length of the bars to access lift points across the width of the platforms. For safety the Support Bars feature a solid rubber surface that prevents the bars from sliding on the smooth metal surface of the scissor platform.

The Atlas® Platinum PVL10 can be installed with the columns positioned symmetrically or asymmetrically. When the columns are installed in a symmetric configuration the width between the columns is wider, allowing wider trucks and SUVs to use the lifts with ease. Both column configurations offer easy vehicle access and superior vehicle lift point support due to the three stage front arm design.
The Atlas® Platinum PVL10 features three (3) stage telescoping front arms, double screw rubber/metal adapters with truck height extensions, protective rubber pads mounted to the carriage, rubber column guards, and a price that cannot be matched.
