Dannmar’s 12,000 lb. capacity alignment lift is two lifts in one. That’s because it works as an alignment system and a car lift. Dannmar’s utilized industrial-strength slip plates and turn plates into the runways to provide optimal results. With this, the wheels respond to every adjustment with effectively no resistance. This is the sturdy alignment lift for most shops, especially if you service large, low ground-clearance vehicles. Dannmar’s alignment system features front turn plates and rear slip plates built right into the runways. The wheels always respond to your adjustments with free-floating and no resistance. Dannmar’s D4-12A four-post alignment lift utilizes multi-caster slip plates in the rear and turn plates in the front that allow for very precise alignments. These turn plates also provide more clearance for equipment installations. The lift can otherwise be used for most repairs and vehicle or light to medium weight truck storage. With a lift like the Dannmar D4-12A, shops can free up extra floor space or increase parking capacity. The Dannmar D4-12A alignment lift comes standard with robust 10.5” diameter dual-hub cable sheaves within the runway and cross tubes and 2.25” diameter sheave axles. A heavy-duty 1/2” diameter aircraft-quality stainless-steel lifting cable runs through each of the four columns. Designed for non-stop use and totally resistant to rubbing and other abrasions from weather, chemicals, and hydraulic oil. Aircraft-quality stainless steel and aluminum pneumatic cylinders provide years of trouble-free service. Other features include electric/hydraulic power, push button pneumatic lock release, adjustable height locking positions, an optional rolling bridge jack, and more.

Dannmar’s D4-9 four-post lift features welded-steel construction, long-lasting proven design, a commitment to quality, safety, and value. The D4-9 four-post lift is built with the strength to lift some very heavy vehicles (9,000 lbs.) and it has the lifting speed to raise vehicles quickly. One of the D4-9’s best attributes is that it allows you to store a vehicle fully raised above the ground, while benefiting from the open space below. This means you have more open floor space below for repairs or storage. In other words, both vehicle parking and ground storage on the same footprint. Each Dannmar D4-9 comes with four quick-mount casters so that you can move the lift across the floor. Dannmar’s four-post D4-12 lift is designed to work with most vehicles. With a 12,000 lb. capacity you not only know that it is capable of lifting most anything, but it also has to be built very strong, rugged, and durable. With Dannmar’s extended runways, moving onto the runway is safe and simple for vehicles of all sizes. The quality built into each Dannmar lift is demonstrated by the Dual-hub cable sheaves that reduce stress, fatigue and wear. Huge 10.5” diameter cable sheaves within the runway and cross tubes combine with massive 2.25” diameter sheave axles. These larger components help to share the load, which dramatically decreases cable wear and increases critical component lifespan. To help raise and lower the hefty 12,000 lb. load are a series of heavy-duty aircraft cables. The Dannmar D4-12 incorporates four, 1/2” diameter, stainless-steel lifting cables specifically designed for lifting applications. To keep everything moving freely, the Dannmar D4-12 utilizes built-in lubrication points located on each sheave and sheave axle.

Two-Stage Telescoping Screw Pad Assembly Kit

The D2-8F two-post lift utilizes Dannmar’s double-telescoping screw pads. Dannmar’s pads are rugged and resist hard use and gouging. Strong construction ensures safe operation. The 63 mm adapters are stackable and include a standard set to accompany each lift, helping reach the lifting points on most any vehicle.

Triple-telescoping front arms and two-stage rear arms

Multi-stage arms are adaptable enough to work with several vehicle types. The arm sweep and minimum arm reach on this lift are extended, so the arms can lift most unibody vehicles. They typically will reach factory-recommended lift points and work with a range of wheelbases.

Low-profile, dropped-end frame contact pads

Dannmar’s D2-10C symmetric two-post lift uses an adjustable top beam for wide or narrow installation setups. This feature allows choosing the best setting for your shop’s floor space. The design requires very little maintenance. The D2-10C two-post lift features low-pressure HVLP direct-drive cylinders, so there is no need for lifting chains or screw mechanisms. The dual HVLP low-pressure cylinders minimize leakage and provide better reliability, smoother operation and fewer maintenance costs. High volume and low pressure equates to less workload placed on the entire hydraulic system. Direct-Drive technology uses fewer moving parts than a chain-over roller cylinder design. Pressurized hydraulic fluid flows from the power unit to the hollow cylinder rods, entering the cylinder body and filling its internal cavity. The pressure of the hydraulic fluid extends the piston rod downward, raising the cylinder body and lift carriages.
