Chevrolet is a vehicle make rather than a supplier brand. Remanufactured engines make up a large part of this archive and include the 2.2L and 2.4L Ecotec four-cylinders, the 1.4L LUJ/LUV turbo four, the 3.6L LLT V6, the 5.3L V8 and the 6.6L Duramax LLY diesel V8, with year ranges given on each listing. Transfer cases include NP205, NP233, NP241 and the MP1625/MP1626 and MP3024 families. Manual transmissions include the NV3500. Differentials cover the GM 7.25 and GM 8.25 axles.

Ordering the right unit

Engine codes matter more than model years on these applications. The 2.2L and 2.4L Ecotec families and the 3.6L V6 each went through several revisions, and the listings carry the code for that reason. Order with the VIN and the engine RPO code. For a transfer case, confirm manual or electric shift and whether a shift motor is needed. For a differential, confirm the axle ratio and whether the unit is open or locking. Warranty

All units carry a 6-month limited warranty as standard. On qualifying remanufactured units, a 7-year / 1,000,000-mile extended warranty and a core-fee waiver are available on request, so ask before you order.
