This page collects the Lincoln drivetrain parts we stock: remanufactured engines, transfer cases and power transfer units, and remanufactured Ford 9.75 front carrier assemblies. Many are shared Ford and Lincoln applications, titled that way.

What we stock

Engines. The EcoBoost units are the 2.0L L4 for 2013-2018 (vendor SKU DFKR, block casting AG9E-6015-AB), the 3.5L V6 for 2010-2018 (DFGA, block casting AT4E-6015-C24C) and the 3.5L V6 for 2013-2015 (DFF13, block casting BL3E-6015-AB/BA). Naturally aspirated units are the Duratec 3.7L V6 for 2009 (DFMA1, block casting 9A5E-6015-AA), the 3.7L V6 for 2012-2015 (DFM22), the Duratec 3.5L V6 for 2010-2012 (DFFP3) and the 3.0L V6 with VVT for 2006-2009 (DFWZ, block casting 6E5E-6015-AA). Listed by vehicle: 2010-2012 MKT and MKS 3.7L, 2013-2016 Explorer, Taurus, MKT and MKS in 3.7L and 3.5L, 2015-2016 F-150, Expedition and Navigator turbo EcoBoost 3.5L, and the 2013-2020 Fusion and MKZ 2.0L. One used unit is listed, a 2019 Lincoln MKC engine assembly.

Transfer cases and power transfer units. BW4417 with shift motor for 2007-2014 Ford and Lincoln e-shift, 31 spline input and 31 spline slip yoke rear output, Hollander 412-250. A manual shift BW4417 listing for 2008-2014, Hollander 412-205A. BW4416 with shift motor for 2005-2006 Navigator e-shift, Hollander 412-224 and 412-561. BW4468 for 2018-2021 Expedition and Navigator with the 3 mode 4WD switch, Hollander 412-10090. Power transfer units for 2013-2019 Ford and Lincoln with the transfer case oil cooler option (412-00782) and without it (412-00879), and for 2013-2019 Escape, Fusion 2.0L and MKZ 2.0L (412-00783).

Differentials. Ford 9.75 front carriers for 2015-2017 Expedition and Navigator in 3.73 open and posi, and for 2015-2017 Navigator in 4.10 open and posi. A front carrier for 2015-2019 Ford Edge, Fusion, Lincoln MKX and MKZ is also listed. See the Ford 9.75 category.

Buying and support

Match by casting number, vendor SKU, tag number or Hollander number, not by year alone. One caution on our data: the 2008-2014 manual shift unit is titled BW4417 while its model number field reads BW1356; call before ordering it. Remanufactured units carry a 6-month limited warranty, and a 7-year / 1,000,000-mile extended warranty and a core fee waiver are available on request for qualifying remanufactured units, arranged at the time of purchase and not automatic.
