  • Inspection – The ring and pinion, internal gears, clutches and carriers are carefully inspected. Gears are checked for proper tooth contact, and axle tubes are inspected for straightness.
  • New Components – All seals and bearings are replaced, and gears are reset for correct rolling torque for maximum efficiency and performance. Backlash is reset carefully for maximum longevity and quiet operation.
  • Validation – After reassembly, each unit is spin tested as part of a detailed checklist validation process.
Every differential and axle assembly carries a 6-month limited warranty as standard. A 7-year / 1,000,000-mile extended warranty and a core-fee waiver are available on request for qualifying remanufactured units — ask us before you order and we will confirm eligibility.
