Product details

Engine size is part of the match on this BW4440: the listing covers 2009-2014 Dodge Charger & Chrysler 300 with the 5.7L, so the year alone is not enough. Only a single tag number is published, 4593847AD, and the cross-reference is Hollander Number 412-00678. With one tag on file there is no variant to choose between — either your case reads 4593847AD or it is a different part. Confirm the stamping before you order.

Every transfer case we sell is fully remanufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications. Our remanufacturing process:

Deep Clean – To start the remanufacturing process, each transfer case is fully disassembled and cleaned
Inspection – Each transfer case is carefully inspected for cracks, excessive wear, shaft warp, and chain stretch
New Components – All seals, bearings, joints and rings are replaced as well as electrical components (solenoids and control units)
Validation – After reassembly, each individual transfer case is spin tested as part of a detailed checklist validation process

Every transfer case carries a 6-month limited warranty as standard. A 7-year / 1,000,000-mile extended warranty and a core-fee waiver are available on request for qualifying remanufactured units — ask us before you order and we will confirm eligibility.

Full details: our remanufacturing process and warranty terms. As an exchange unit a refundable core charge may apply.
