BW4470

This page lists four remanufactured BW4470 transfer cases for Chevrolet and GMC K3500, covering 1990-93, 1994-97 and 1997-2000. All four are listed with a PTO opening.

How to identify yours

Sort them by yoke style and switch. The 1997-2000 unit has 32 spline front and rear fixed yokes and a 3 prong shift indicator switch, Hollander 412-306B. The 1994-97 unit has a 4 inch bell style front output yoke, a bolt on rear yoke and a 3 prong switch, Hollander 412-306A. The two 1990-93 units both use the 4 inch bell style front yoke with a 2 prong switch, one with a slip yoke style rear output, Hollander 412-245, and one with a bolt on rear yoke and 32 spline front input, Hollander 412-251 and 412-277. Tag numbers on these are eight digit numbers beginning 15.
