Lifts Combo Packages

These are shop start-up bundles: a two-post lift, a tire changer and a wheel balancer sold together under one line. Nine packages are listed here, from Tuxedo and iDEAL. Every package on this page includes a WB-953 wheel balancer. Eight of the nine pair it with a TC-530 tire changer; one uses the TC-950.

How to choose

Start with the lift, because that sets the rated capacity. Capacities listed in this group are 9,000 lb, 10,000 lb, 11,000 lb and 12,000 lb.

  • 9,000 lb: Tuxedo TP9KF-TUX, TP9KAC-TUX, TP9KFX and TP9KACX, each with the TC-530 tire changer and WB-953 balancer.
  • 10,000 lb: iDEAL TP10KAC-DX ALI Certified 2-Post with the TC-530 and WB-953.
  • 11,000 lb: Tuxedo TP11KC-DX, offered either with the TC-530 or with the TC-950. The tire changer is the only thing separating the two listings.
  • 12,000 lb: Tuxedo TP12KC-D, and iDEAL TP12KSC-DX ALI Certified 2-Post.

The iDEAL TP10KAC-DX and TP12KSC-DX packages are listed as ALI Certified. That certification is held by the manufacturer and applies to the specific lift model. Variety Engines is a seller of those models, not a certifying body, and is not itself ALI certified, accredited or a member. The Tuxedo packages on this page are not listed as ALI Certified.

Installation, freight and what is included

Each package includes the three units named in its title and nothing beyond them. Check the bay before you order. Ceiling height, slab condition and available power all decide whether a given two-post lift can be set where you want it, and installation is not included in these packages. Confirm the details with your installer before the freight arrives.

These are new units and they carry the manufacturer’s warranty. The extended warranty offered on qualifying remanufactured drivetrain units does not apply to shop equipment. We ship by freight.
