Pick by the area you need to cool: the Apex 500 is listed for 500 sq ft, the Apex 1200 for 1200 sq ft. Both are Wi-Fi enabled. Check your power supply and where you can run water and drain before you order. These are new units and carry the manufacturer’s warranty.
