Two remanufactured AR5 5-speed manual transmissions are listed in this Transmissions category, both also under Manual, and both for the 2004-2012 Colorado and GMC Canyon with the 2.9L. One is the 4X2 unit, the other the 4WD unit.

How to identify yours

Drive type decides it. The 4X2 unit is ID 24235297 with codes GBTS, GBTU, GBXR and GCCK, Hollander number 400-04424. The 4WD unit is ID 24236573 with codes GBTT, GBTW, GBXS, GCCH and GCCJ, Hollander number 400-04425. Both are Asian built with front and rear cases and a center plate. Read the ID off your transmission and match it.
