MP1625/MP1626

Nine remanufactured transfer cases are listed in this category, all for GM Sierra and Silverado 2500 and 3500 trucks. Note the naming: every unit here is titled MP1626, while the model number field on most reads MP1625/MP1626. All nine are electric shift and all nine carry Option Code NQF. Listed vendor SKUs run RTC1626G-1 through RTC1626G-4, with an M suffix where a new shift motor is included.

What fits what

The 2007-2010 Sierra and Silverado 2500/3500 unit is RTC1626G-1, and RTC1626G-1M with a new shift motor. The 2011-2019 6.0L Gas unit is RTC1626G-2 and RTC1626G-2M. The 2011-2015 6.6L Dsl unit is RTC1626G-3 and RTC1626G-3M. The 2015-2019 6.6L Dsl unit is RTC1626G-4, listed without a shift motor. Two further units cover 20-22 Sierra and Silverado 2500/3500, one 6.6L Gas and one 6.6L Dsl, both without a shift motor.

How to identify yours

Four checks will get you there. Input spline count: 29 Spline Input Shaft on the 2007-2010 units, the 6.0L Gas units and the 20-22 6.6L Gas unit; 33 Spline Input Shaft on all three 6.6L Dsl listings. Mounting pattern: Round Mounting Pattern on the 2007-2010 units, Oval Mounting Pattern on the 2011-2019 units, 8 Bolt Oval on the 20-22 gas unit and 12 Bolt Oval on the 20-22 diesel. Speed sensor: Screw in Speed Sensor on most, Bolt in Speed Sensor on the 2015-2019 6.6L Dsl, and No Speed Sensor on both 20-22 units. Then whether you need the shift motor.

Then confirm against the numbers. Hollander 412-668, 412-669 and 412-741 with UMT141-6 and UMT141-9 cover the 2007-2010 units. Hollander 412-754 covers the 6.0L Gas units. Hollander 412-757 with UMT141-10 covers the 2011-2015 6.6L Dsl. The 20-22 units are Hollander 412-10225 for the gas and 412-10229 for the diesel. The 2015-2019 6.6L Dsl listing carries no tag or Hollander number in our data, so match it on year, engine and the bolt in speed sensor, or call.
