Four remanufactured BW4416 transfer cases are listed here, all Ford and Lincoln applications: 2005-2006 Navigator, 2002-2004 F150 and Expedition, and two units sold with a new shift motor for 2005-2006 Lincoln Navigator and 2002-2004 Ford.

How to identify yours

All four are electric shift, with torque on demand, a slip yoke style rear output and no speedo hole. Two of the listings state a 31 spline input. The clearest identifiers are the tag numbers: the Navigator units run the 5L74 and 6L74 series with Hollander 412-224 and 412-561, and the F150 and Expedition units run the 2L14, 4L14, 5L14 and 6L14 series with Hollander 412-223, 412-511, 412-532 and 412-563. Note whether the listing includes a shift motor, as two do and two do not.
