EV Battery Lift Tables

EV battery lift tables are the tables you drop a battery pack or a powertrain assembly onto and lower out from under the vehicle. This category lists 14 items under Shop Equipment, from Rotary, BendPak, Launch, AFF, Challenger, Atlas and iDEAL. The range runs from an accessory arm kit up to complete lift tables.

How to choose

Rated capacity is the first split, and it is printed in most of the titles. At 2,500 lb there are three: the AFF 3182 Power Train Lift/Table, the iDeal LT-PT2500AH-X Air-Hydraulic Powertrain Lift Table and the iDeal LT-EV2500AH-X Air-Hydraulic EV/Hybrid Component Lift Table. At 3,000 lb there are the Rotary RT30 Service Repair Table and the BendPak EVS3000. At 3,300 lb there are the Challenger BT3300 Battery Lift Table and the iDeal LT-EV3300DC-X Electric-Hydraulic EV/Hybrid Component Lift Table. Above those sit the Rotary LT35A Air-Hydraulic Lifting Table at 3,500 lb and the BendPak EVS4500 at 4,500 lb.

The second split is how the table is driven. The Rotary LT35A, the iDeal LT-PT2500AH-X and the iDeal LT-EV2500AH-X are titled as air-hydraulic, so they need shop air at the bay. The iDeal LT-EV3300DC-X is electric-hydraulic. The BendPak EVS3000 and EVS4500 are listed as rechargeable 12V with the battery included. The Launch Tech USA TLT 615A EV Battery Pack Lift and the Atlas Electric Battery Lifting Table complete the list. Note that the BendPak EVS3000 and EVS4500 each appear twice in this category, once under a short title and once under a full title. One item here is not a table at all: the BendPak Mobi-EVS Telescoping Arm Kit is an accessory.

Installation, freight and what is included

These are new units and they carry the manufacturer’s warranty. The 7-year / 1,000,000-mile extended warranty offered on qualifying remanufactured drivetrain units does not apply to shop equipment. We do not publish table dimensions, travel height or duty cycle on this page, so confirm those against the manufacturer’s own spec sheet before you commit to a bay layout.
