What fits what

The listings fall into four SKU families. RAA440-1358 covers 2001-2003 Durango and 2001-2011 Dakota, offered in 3.92 and 3.55. RAA440-1393 covers Dodge Durango, with 3.92 and 3.55 listed for 2004-2009 and 3.21 listed for 2009. RAA440-147 covers RAM 1500, with 3.92 and 3.55 listed for 2006-2011 and 3.21 listed for 2010. RAA440-1455 covers the 2012 RAM 1500 in 3.92 and 3.55.

Note the overlap. Durango model years are split between two SKU families, and the Dakota is only served by the RAA440-1358 pair, which covers 2001-2011. Year alone will not pick your carrier.

How to identify yours

Ratio is the first thing to confirm, and only three are stocked here: 3.21, 3.55 and 3.92. Across all ten listings the SKU suffix tracks the ratio consistently: A is 3.55, B is 3.92 and C is 3.21. That makes the full SKU the safest thing to quote us. The 3.55 units are RAA440-1358A, RAA440-1393A, RAA440-147A and RAA440-1455A. The 3.92 units are RAA440-1358B, RAA440-1393B, RAA440-147B and RAA440-1455B. The 3.21 units are RAA440-1393C and RAA440-147C.

Ring gear diameter is 8.0 on every unit in this category, so it will not separate them. Yoke style, locker fitment and spline counts are not recorded in this data and we will not guess at them. Read the ratio off your axle tag, or confirm it against the rear axle, before you order. A mismatched ratio front to rear is not usable.
