Remanufacturing Process

• Deep Clean – To start the remanufacturing process, each transfer case is fully disassembled and cleaned
• Inspection – Each transfer case is carefully inspected for cracks, excessive wear, shaft warp, and chain stretch
• New Components – All seals, bearings, joints and rings are replaced as well as electrical components (solenoids and control units)
• Validation – After reassembly, each individual transfer case is spin tested as part of a detailed checklist validation process
