1. Teardown and Triple Clean – Every transmission is disassembled, inspected, and cleaned three times. We also chase all threads and install all new bushings during this process.
2. New or Re-machined Parts – Gear wear is checked and worn gears are replaced. Mainshaft straightness is tested and replaced if needed. Clutch disc synchronizers, selector fork, and flywheel are re-machined or replaced as needed.
3. Dyno Testing – Our custom dyno testing machines spin and load test every transmission to verify it’s ready for the road.
