Description

A round push-and-twist style shift lever retainer, and a nut rather than a bolt holding the rear output yoke on, are the two details that pin this NV4500 down. It is listed for 1991-1994 GM pickups in 2WD, with a cast iron case, a detachable bell housing and an external slave cylinder. Castings to check are main case 16812, top cover 17321 or 25138, and tail housing 17106 or 17108. The emergency brake mounts on the tail housing and is not included. The Hollander number is 400-02623.
