Buying and support

On the transfer cases, match on the tag number stamped on your unit and the Hollander number, not on the vendor SKU. Two of these listings have a vendor SKU that does not appear in their own tag list: the GL and ML unit is SKU RTCA2512802100 with tag numbers 2512800900, 2512801200 and 2512802100, and the ML63 unit is SKU RTCA2512801400 with tag numbers 2512802200 and 2512801100. Read them as separate numbers and quote the tag from the case.

The two differentials are close in price and both are front units, so the ratio is what separates them: 3.45 on the ML Class carrier and 3.70 on the GL and ML axle assembly. Your ratio has to match the rest of the vehicle, so confirm it before ordering.

The two engine assemblies are listed as used, not remanufactured, and no casting number or displacement is recorded against either one. Call before ordering and we will tell you what we have in hand.

The remanufactured drivetrain units carry a 6-month limited warranty as standard, and a refundable core charge may apply. No core amount is published, so call for the figure. A 7-year / 1,000,000-mile extended warranty and a core fee waiver are available on request for qualifying remanufactured units, must be arranged at the time of purchase, and are not automatic.
