We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received

• The item must be in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and documentation

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-returnable items include:

• Installed, used, or modified engines or parts

• Electrical components once opened or installed

• Custom, special-order, or clearance items

• Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or neglect

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our support team at sales@varietyengines.com within 30 days of delivery

2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return

3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).

3. Inspection & Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
If the item does not meet return eligibility requirements, the return may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected:
