Oil Filter Crushers

Oil filter crushers compact used spin-on filters so a shop can drain and dispose of them in less space. This category lists seven new machines under Shop Equipment, five from Ranger and two from Mahle. Two of the Ranger models are listed twice under slightly different titles at the same price, so you will see the same machine more than once as you scroll.

How to choose

The Ranger range here runs across three model numbers. The RP 20FC is the entry unit, and one of its two listings is the RP 20FC oil filter crusher with stand, 10-ton capacity. The RP-30FCH is described as an electro hydraulic oil filter crusher and appears twice at the same price, once with the electro hydraulic wording in the title and once without. The RP 50FC is also an electro hydraulic oil filter crusher and is the highest priced machine in the category.

The two Mahle units are split by intended duty in their own titles. The CFC-16 is listed as a commercial filter crusher and the AFC-9 as an automotive filter crusher. Choose by the filter sizes you handle most and by whether you want a stand included.

Beyond the 10-ton figure on that one Ranger listing, we do not publish crushing force, cycle time, throat size or electrical requirements for these machines. Do not assume the models share a rating. Check the manufacturer’s spec sheet for the exact model, or call and we will read you what the listing holds.

Installation, freight and what is included

These are new machines covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The extended warranty offered on qualifying remanufactured drivetrain units does not apply to shop equipment. Stands, hoses and mounting hardware are included only where the model’s own listing says so.
